    The government of México, through the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE), does an extensive and flexible job in accordance with its objective to reaffirm their ability for cooperation with the world. This way the SRE maintains its concession to a policy of different links that corroborate México as a country of multiple affinities. This is to give compliment to the strategic objectives held by the Plan Nacional de Desarrollo (PND) in reference to the exterior policy, the SRE, through the Dirección General de Asuntos Culturales, which presents the information directed towards foreign students that want to obtain a scholarship to study in Mexico.
